A Pre-bid Conference for the project will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time October 16th, 2024,
at the project site in the Tall Oaks Community Room at 7315 Hanna Street, Indiana.
Attendance at this Pre-Bid Conference by an agent of each Prime Bidder is strongly
recommended prior to submitting a bid proposal.

MartinRiley, 221 West Baker Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46802. No faxed or emailed copies will be
